Who receives the information

How long we keep it
Data from our patient survey: raw survey responses will be retained securely for two years after the survey closes. Anonymised aggregate findings may be retained indefinitely for statistical, educational and advocacy purposes.
Email contact may be kept for up to five years.

Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you may have rights to be informed, access your information, correct it, request erasure or restriction and object to use.
